2. Kitten-Proof Your Home: Ensure your home is safe for a curious kitten. Remove or secure anything that could be harmful, like toxic plants, small objects they could swallow, and exposed wires.

3. Vet Visits: Schedule a veterinary check-up soon after adoption. Keep up with vaccinations, deworming, and discuss spaying or neutering.
