When a medical case requires specialized equipment or advanced care beyond our current capabilities, we ethically and transparently refer families to tertiary facilities. We do this because the animal’s life is always our absolute priority.
But medicine requires resources. Labs, medications, life-saving equipment, and the skilled hands operating them all carry real-world costs.
