This Argentine Red Tegu was brought into the clinic due to necrosis of the tail. Initially its tail fell off via autotomy, from then on after self mutilation was observed possible due to pain. The patient was then placed under anesthesia and the non-viable segment of the tail was removed. Phoenix is expected to make a full recovery and will live on without any issues.

That's why we offer a low-cost dental prophylaxis procedure tailored to help maintain your pet's oral health without breaking the bank.

Is Your Pet a Candidate for Dental Prophylaxis?

Dental prophylaxis is recommended for pets showing early signs of dental issues such as bad breath, red or swollen gums, yellow or brown tartar buildup, or difficulty eating. We recommend regular dental checkups as part of your pet’s wellness plan to catch any oral health issues before they become serious.

1-5Kgs - 2,400
5-10Kgs - 3,000
10-15Kgs -3,600
15-20Kgs -4,200
20-30Kgs- 4,800

*If pet is more than 4 yrs old or have a history of illnesses, doctors will require a CBCor CBC+Bloodchem
