Finally 😍

To God be all the glory 🙏🙏

Despite the daily challenges our group faces, God continues to find ways to bless us. From the uphill journey of urging our local officials to amend the city ordinance for the welfare of all animals, we are now grateful to share another piece of good news — the City Engineering Office has confirmed that the permit for the donated land intended for the shelter has been signed and approved.

We give all praise to God for these blessings and continue to pray that the construction of the shelter will finally begin and, hopefully, be completed within the year 🙏🙏

Our tireless dedication, compassion, and unwavering fight for the rights of animals whether they are strays or those with owners have brought us this far, and it’s truly inspiring to witness what we’ve achieved together. Every sleepless night, every tear shed, every step we’ve taken has led us to this moment.

We’ve just completed our second committee hearing, and soon, a Technical Working Group (TWG) will be formed to help craft a stronger, more compassionate law, one that champions responsible pet ownership, strengthens the City Ordinance on Animal Welfare, and ensures the protection of every animal, regardless of shape, species, or gender.

Heartfelt thanks as well to the council for opening your hearts to God’s voiceless creations.

We sincerely hope and pray that our shared efforts will lead us to the goal we’ve been striving for.

We do this for them, the voiceless lives we’ve promised to protect. And this progress… it’s because of each and every one of you.
