🌧️ Prayer in the Face of Typhoon Uwan
Heavenly Father,
We come before You once more, weary but trusting.
The memory of Typhoon Tino still lingers —
the winds, the floods, the loss, the uncertainty.
And now, another storm, Typhoon Uwan, draws near.
Lord, we lift to You our fears and our hearts.
When words fall short, we know Your Spirit intercedes for us.
You are our refuge in every storm,
our peace when everything feels uncertain.
We ask for Your protection —
cover our homes, our families, our loved ones.
Strengthen those who are still rebuilding,
comfort those who grieve,
and guide the hands of those working to keep others safe.
May Your mercy calm the winds,
and may Your presence calm our hearts.
Teach us to hold onto faith, not fear;
to remember that even in the storm,
You are still God — steady, strong, and near.
