How to Prevent Shedding Problems
🦎 Know the ideal humidity range for your reptile species and monitor it consistently using a hygrometer.
🦎 Provide fresh water at all times
🦎 Ensure correct temperature gradients
🦎 Use appropriate UVB lighting
🦎 Offer humid hides lined with damp sphagnum moss or paper towels
🦎 Feed a balanced diet to support healthy skin integrity

Dog bites are preventable when we prioritize education, supervision, and responsible pet ownership. ✨

The American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) shares these tips for families:
🐶 Never leave children unsupervised with dogs because even familiar, well-trained family pets can react unpredictably in certain situations.
🐶 Teach children to ask permission before approaching a dog.
🐶 Show children how to pet appropriately, the safest areas are a dog's back and shoulders. Avoid the face, tail, and ears.
🐶 Respect a dog's space. Never disturb a sleeping and eating dog and those who nurse their puppies.
🐶 Learn to recognize signs like growling, and stiff posture because the dog may be uncomfortable.
🐶 Keep dogs healthy since pain or illness can increase the likelihood of aggression.
🐶 Support training and socialization among family dogs.
