Gusto mong mag-lose weight?

Minsan gusto mo na bang subukan ang iba't ibang fad diets and unhealthy habits na ginagawa ng mga tao dahil lang trending or nakikita natin na effective naman sa iba.

Advice lang as a healthcare professional, "you don't have to eat less, you just have to eat right". Ibig sabihin, piliin natin kumain ng whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein source na hindi gaanong processed. Mga pagkaing nagbibigay ng tama at sapat na sustansya para maging healthy tayo. For example, imbes na uminom ng soft drinks pwede ring fresh fruit juice or imbes na kumain ng chocolates pwedeng i-substitute natin ang fruits. Imbes na everyday mag-unli rice why not mag-unli salad. Di lang yan nakakapayat, magiging glowing ka pa. Hindi rin masamang kumain ng processed or fastfoods, kailangan lang in moderation.

Lesson: Hindi pala natin kailangan i-deprive ang sarili natin dahil lang sa gusto natin magbawas ng timbang. Pwede tayong magpakabusog basta isipin natin ang formula na MOVABA, moderate, variety, balance and adequate. I hope makatulong, yun lang salamat!
