🕸️ 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫: coffee-ground debris or discharges, scratching, tilting of head, foul smell, and head shaking.

💀 Don’t fear the monsters! A quick vet check and proper treatment can evict those mites fast. And remember—treat all pets to stop the spooky spread!

Spot a red, fleshy bulge in the corner of your dog’s eye? 😳 It could be Cherry Eye — a pr*****ed third eyelid gland 👀🍒

𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐒:
👁️ A round, red bump in the inner corner of the eye
😢 Watery eyes or mucus discharge
🐾 Pawing or rubbing at the eye
💤 Swelling or irritation

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐓:
😣 Weak connective tissue
🧬 Genetic predisposition (Bulldogs, Beagles, Cocker Spaniels, etc.)
👀 Inflammation, irritation or eye trauma

Your veterinarian can perform a surgical procedure to reposition the gland or to permanently remove it. Leaving it untreated could lead to dry eye and further complications — and that’s the real horror! 😱
