The College of Veterinary Medicine of Mariano Marcos State University extends its heartfelt gratitude to JC Paws and Claws Veterinary Clinic for partnering with the college through a recently signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening the link between the academe and the veterinary industry in Ilocos Norte. The forged MOA underscores the importance of experiential learning, clinical exposure, and mutual support in advancing veterinary education and services.
