VITAMIN A : Vitamin A deficiency causes Night blindness, Xerophthalmia, Keratinization of epithelium, Stunted growth, Susceptibility to infection, Bitot spots, Corneal ulceration, Total blindness, Infertility in male and female, Decreased hatchability in birds, Rough hair coat and Nervous symptoms in animals.
VITAMIN E : Its deficiency in animals causes yellow fat disease, muscular dystrophy, exudative diathesis. In poultry birds it is the reason of Encephalomalacia / Crazy chick disease and enlarged hock disorder
VITAMIN D : Re****ed growth, Decreased feed consumption, Rickets in young, Osteomalacia in adults. In birds Thin shelled and soft shelled eggs, Decreased egg production and Decreased hatchability. It also causes penguin-like squat, enlarged parathyroid glands
VITAMIN K : Vitamin K deficiency causes blood clotting failure, hemorrhage from slight bruise and trauma, and sweet clover disease in cattle.

THIAMIN : It causes polyneuritis and peripheral neuritis, anorexia, Impaired carbohydrate metabolism.
RIBOFLAVIN : Curled-toe paralysis in birds, Incoordination, Degeneration of myelin sheath, Poor growth, Leg weakness
NIACIN : It causes pellagra in humans and black tongue in dogs. Re****ed growth and inflammation of mouth in animals.
PANTOTHENIC ACID : The common deficiency symptoms are dermatitis, "Goose-stepping" syndrome, re****ed growth,graying of hair, scabby skin around eyes and mouth.
PYRIDOXINE : It is related to symmetrical dermatitis, acrodynia and nervous convulsions. It also causes poor growth and anemia in animals.
BIOTIN : Perosis in poultry occurs due to the deficiency of biotin, manganese, choline and folic acid. In birds it causes broken flight feathers,bending of metatarsus, dermatitis on feet, mouth corners, eyelids, reduced egg hatchability in turkeys and chickens, 'Parrot beak' chondrodystrophy in embryos, Stunted chick disease. Spasticity of hind legs in pigs, Cracks in feet, Dermatitis, Spectacle eye in rats, Achromotricia in black rats, Disturbed propionic acid metabolism in ruminants, Impaired methylmalonyl CoA formation.

CHOLINE : Its deficiency causes slow growth, Perosis/slipped tendon and fatty liver.
VITAMIN C : Its deficiency causes scurvy in humans, fragility of capillaries, swollen and bleeding gums, poor wound healing.
