Steak Lovers, Rejoice: We tried the steak, and it was absolutely mouth-watering—a definite must-try!

Authentic Thai Delight: But what stole the show was the Thai restaurant. It’s hands down the most authentic Thai cuisine we’ve had, and we’re still dreaming about it. We’re seriously wishing they’d open a branch back home in Bacolod!

We visited during the day and loved the serene atmosphere and panoramic views of Cebu City. But we couldn’t resist coming back at night—and wow, the city lights are absolutely breathtaking! The Tops transforms into a magical spot after dark, offering a completely different vibe that you just can’t miss.
