You can expect the same meditative and mindfulness experiences we had last year.

Fully maximizing the powers of nature in our practice of mindfulness and sessions of meditation - grounding and water immersion included. 🌾

And a total of 4 Yoga classes throughout the weekend. 🙏

Whats new? 🤩
We are joined by Ms Dina Zulueta, a mental health advocate and yoga teacher from Village Yoga, Angeles Pampanga. She brings with her years of experience and insights into mental health and social justice. ❤️‍🔥

You will also now have an option to do guided half or full body ice immersions, as I have trained to facilitate it already. 🌊🧊
