Meet Sky. This innocent cat was brought to us with a severe injury to his left forelimb, which was already non-functional. The entire limb was severely necrotic, with extensive tissue decay, maggot infestation, and a foul odor. He also had deep wounds on his face, with the deeper structures of his nose already exposed. 💔🐱

According to his owner, the injuries were believed to have occurred after Sky was hacked by an unidentified person. His condition was already severe when he was brought to us.

𝙄𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙪𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙. 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚, 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙩, 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢.

No animal deserves to suffer like this. Sky never deserved this. A life meant to be filled with purrs should never be filled with pain 💔🐾

Clyde tested positive for Canine Parvovirus (CPV). 💙 CPV is a highly contagious viral disease in dogs that can cause vomiting, bloody diarrhea, loss of appetite, and weakness, especially in puppies🐕🐾

Pan de Coco was diagnosed with demodicosis, a skin condition caused by an overgrowth of Demodex mites. These tiny, cigar-shaped mites normally live in small numbers inside a dog’s hair follicles. When they multiply excessively, they can cause hair loss, redness, itching, and skin irritation 🔬🐶

With proper treatment and regular monitoring, demodicosis can be managed and treated 💙
