Is your furry friend's eye looking a bit... red? Cherry Eye, a common condition in dogs, occurs when a gland in the third eyelid prolapses, causing a pinkish-red swelling. 🍒👁️

Causes are genetics, weakened gland or inflammation.

Symptoms include red, swollen mass in the corner of the eye, squinting, irritation or discomfort.

Consult a vet if you notice any of these symptoms.

Treatment is thru surgery to reposition or remove the gland.😉👇🏻
