To all interested parties

Woodville Animal Welfare is continuing to focus on the best way to help as many animals as possible in Woodville and the surrounding areas. We have had several different Animal Welfare Coordinators in the last 18 months, and they've been dedicated to animal welfare on behalf of the charity.

At this stage we have no-one in that position going forward, and have a reduced level of volunteers, therefore at the recent AGM, with full support from the members present, we adopted a new constitution.

The new constitution reduces the number of people needed on the committee and allows us to provide animal welfare through partnering with a number of organisations and supporting them financially. This allows us to make decisions quickly, and help animals in many more ways than doing it ourselves.

Organisations will apply to request funding from WAW and can be approved for a one-off project or on an ongoing basis. We are working through how those requests will be processed - but for now [email protected] is the best way to contact us if you are one of those organisations.

Our Woodville Community Op Shop will continue to operate as it always has, providing affordable good quality merchandise with all profits going towards the welfare of animals.

Monday/Tuesday CLOSED
Wednesday 10.30 - 2pm
Thursday 10.00 - 1pm
Friday 10.30 - 2.30pm
Saturday 10.30 - 2.30pm
Sunday 10.30 - 2.30pm

Hey everyone
Just a quick reminder our AGM is tomorrow (Sunday) 3pm at the Village Hall on McLean St.

Afternoon everyone.

Hope your all keeping warm and if your need of sone extra layers pop on down to our OP SHOP as we have plenty of nice warm winter clothes on our racks.

We are in NEED of some more carpet and mats for the shop so we can keep it nice and warm for our customers.
If you've recently re-carperted and have any old carpet lying around or spare mats/rugs, please let us know. We are able to pick up if needed.
