Hi everyone. On Monday next week I will be returning to full time work in my previous career of environmental planning and will no longer be doing horse bodywork. I have really enjoyed meeting you and your horses and would like to thank you all for your support. Hopefully I will still see some you out and about with your horses🙂

A glimpse of sunshine today has got me optimistic about some decent riding weather :-). If you are starting to think about getting horses back in for the season, consider booking in for a body work session. Even horses that have been turned out can really benefit from a session as battling mud all winter can lead to stress and strain on the body. Treat your horse to a session and be ready to start the season in great shape.

I had a great time in Auckland last weekend at a massage course taught by Rachel Harford-Phillips. Learned some lovely new techniques to help me help horses plus got to hang out with some passionate horse women. Some dry weather would be good now so I can get into it ;-)

Back up and running again after a cracked rib - not horse related but an unscheduled dive of my BMX bike ;-), so give my a call if your horse needs a treatment.

Just been out to do my last session of the season with sponsored horse, Lofty, before he is turned out. The end of the season can be a great time to address any niggles or tension that has built up over a busy competition schedule. Addressing any issues beforehand can allow the horse to get the most benefit from their turnout time and help set them up for a great start to the next season :-)
