Race Day Recap📖

We couldn't be prouder of Tuapeka Rubie (Bonnie)🥰
We took Bonnie down to Ashburton on Sunday for her second raceday start.

Racing in the Group 3 Helen Pope Memorial we knew it was going to be a fast paced race with the high caliber of horses in the field.

To run home for 3rd when the winner broke the New Zealand record time of 1:58.9 for 1700m (1:52.5 MR) We definitely felt like winners on the day.

Race Day Summary 📖

On Friday, we took two runners to Addington Raceway.

Bruciebytheseaside secured a strong 6th place finish in the semi-final of the Garrads Sire Stake, thereby qualifying for the final this Friday 👏

Tuapeka Rubie made her first race day start directly in a Group 2 event for 2-year-old fillies, and her determined effort earned considerable praise, boding well for future competitions👍🏻

On Sunday, Deal Breaker represented our stable at Rangiora, concluding with a commendable 5th place finish in the graduation final against a highly competitive field👍🏻

Very proud of our wee raceday team and a pleasure to take 😊🐎👌

We are pleased with the performance of our two-horse racing team at Rangiora today 😊.

Zac -Deal Breaker achieved a commendable 4th place in his first start back as a 3-year-old, particularly given the competitive nature of the race, marking a promising start to his campaign.

Brucie - Bruciebytheseaside secured a notable 2nd place in a strong field, demonstrating great progress and readiness for his 3-year-old campaign.
