I’ve only had 2 ring experiences before today, so we mainly went for the experience and to get more comfortable in the ring before moving onto Beginners.

Freya got 1st in both Intro and Elementary today 🥇🥇 which I honestly did not expect at all.

And since it’s Father’s Day, Freya and I want to say a big thank you to our dog dad Nilser ❤️ He works so hard for us and gives me the freedom to spend my days doing what I love with the dogs. I know how lucky and privileged I am to have this life, and I never take it for granted.

Happy Father’s Day Nils ❤️ Thank you for everything you do for our little family. We love you so much.

Forest’s dumbbell hold is getting there 👀

I saw this wooden fork sitting on the table and randomly thought… let’s see what happens 😂

He’d never seen or trained with it before, and novel objects are actually quite difficult for Forest. His first instinct is usually to investigate and observe anything unfamiliar, especially when it suddenly appears right in front of his face.

So asking him to keep his head still AND maintain his dumbbell hold while I put a completely random object on his nose was a pretty good little test.

First attempt too 🥹

Some bonds never need words. ❤️

Forest and his mum, Freya, often choose to lie beside each other, quietly enjoying each other’s company. No matter how old he gets, he’ll always be her boy. Moments like these are a beautiful reminder that love, comfort, and family don’t need to be loud—they’re often found in the peaceful moments together like this one🐾
