Kia ora everyone!

With just one week left before we close our doors, we are immensely grateful for the all of you, our community, that has supported Paw Palace over the years.

While closing was never our intention and the decision was unfortunately outside of our control, we have accepted it with grace and are focusing on finishing strong, just as we always have. Every day this week, weโ€™ll continue to show up for your dogs with the same love, care and professionalism that has defined Paw Palace from the beginning.

As many of you might be aware, the premises will continue operating under new management after we vacate. While we respect the property ownerโ€™s decision, it has been incredibly difficult knowing that the business, community and systems we worked so hard to build, will carry on without the dedicated team who created them. Our priority has always been our people and the dogs in our care.

What makes this chapter especially emotional is our incredible team. These are the people who arrived early, stayed late, worked in all weather, comforted nervous pups, celebrated milestones and built real bonds with both dogs and owners. They are hardworking, incredibly loyal and amazingly experienced in animal care.

As we approach our final days, many of our staff are now looking for new opportunities. If you or someone you know could benefit from dedicated, reliable, dog-savvy team members, whether in animal care, operations, landscaping, administration, or beyond... please feel free to reach out. With their permission, I would be more than happy to connect you directly.

We are so proud of what we built here. Thank you for the trust you placed in us, for the wagging tails and for the friendships formed along the way.

Letโ€™s make this final week one filled with kindness, memories, and appreciation ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿพ
