Owned and Operated by Sheryl Stratford, an experienced, qualified Veterinary nurse with excellent animal handling skills and over 16 years experience styling canines and felines. Sheryl looks forward meeting you and taking care of all your pets grooming need
s. The Soggy Dawg Pet Boutique and Spa offers a safe, secure, clean, welcoming environment for you and your pets ... making them feel at ease while they enjoy their pampering sessions. Sheryl is a qualified pet nutritional advisor and is available to discuss any nutritional concerns you may have for your pet. All grooms will be treated to a Hydro bath, which provides therapeutic benefits for your pets, especially those with re occurring skin problems. They also included nail clipping/checks, ears checks/cleaning, and emptying of a**l glands (on request, at a small extra charge). We are able to worm your pet (BYO tablet)

Nigella and Olive went to their "Hairdresser" today at "Soggy Dogs!"
-Nails done.
-Good scrub (though they are both hopeless with being dried off - ends up a "Towel Rub.") They smell nice now :).
-Glands done.
-Teeth checked.
-Whiskers & Eyebrows trimmed.
-Hair growth out of ears snipped.
-Paws trimmed.
Imagine if we went to the "Hairdresser" and had all that done for x amount of $$$

A plus today was "Olive" didn't need the "Muzzle" - though she did "Bite" a few times!

Dont leave your pooch or cat this long without being brushed !!
A matted coat is uncomfortable for your cats and dogs.
Get a pre winter tidy up now.

My lovely clients from Wilderness lodge 2.5 hours away they are so lovely and i appreciate their loyalty!
They insisted they wanted a before groom picture with me lol and such a great dog! Its been a good day all round.

This little beauty ....was only just bigger than my clippers !
So we are fully booked until Xmas but i only have 4, on my wait list

All my clients book 1-2 ahead so we are into February bookings now

Well!!!
Lets just say today that Sheryl Stratford "Soggy Dogs" had her work well and truly cut out for her today.
Maybe ???? they were so naughty because it was so windy! That's what happens to kids at School :) Lake Hawea was good enough to Surf on at 1330 hrs! And Lake Wanaka!
Forever, grateful for the care our Dogs get from "Soggy Dogs!"
-Shampooed and brushed (malting)
-Shaved around those parts no one is usually brave enough to approach but it's necessary!
-Nail Clip!!!!
I was embarrassed at their behaviour but Sheryl being the professional she is !!!! Put a "YOU CANT BITE ME TODAY MASK" (Muzzle) on you know who! Persevered!
Nigella was a complete twit! But good to get her thoroughly scrubbed up! Relaxing at home now :) "Blending in!"

Yes we can walk your dogs for you while you are at work, or maybe they need more socialisation with other dogs.
You can come home and relax knowing your dog has had his or her share of stimulation and exercise for the day!
1 hour walks available, Please call/text/pm/email for all our rates.
We also offer the service of feeding your cats while you head away for a few days plus collect your mail, water your plants, kerbside bin collection, medication administration to your pets by a trained veterinary nurse.
