Jatsar Equestrian is on a beautiful idyllic 23 acre property situated in Waimauku, the centre of Auckland's adventure playground with Woodhill Sands, Muriwai Beach, Woodhill Forest and 9 Pony Clubs within short travelling distance from our front gate. We run an equestrian facility providing full & partial agistment, rider training and have schooled horses for beginner lessons. We also stand three

quality stallions at stud - JE Rocher Couvert D'or (KWPN), JK Latino Danza de Arte (HOL) and JE Real Illusion (KWPN). Jatsar Equestrian also represents two international stallions, Chairman (HOL) & Goshka Ringo (KWPN) - frozen semen is available to the NZ public. Young quality bred performance horses are sometimes available for purchase to the best of competition homes. We also source recognised equestrian products internationally for selected customers to provide a better price to the NZ market.

New baby for WB Pony maiden mare Lorde, 4 socks and blaze, little chestnut boy.
Not planned (stallion jumped in with mares who where running when neighbors let off damn fireworks last year)
But foaled safe, was hard to get him out but Lorde managed with a bit of help. Very long legs so very wobbly and yet to drink.

Cross country training today at Woodhill Sands. A first for both Rocher and Jaide and they took to it like a duck to water. He is a machine. We ended up jumping most of the training jumps 95cm and through the water up a bank and over the skinny and also jumping into the water. I am so impressed with him but then again I did breed him for eventing!!! Jaide says she has found her new vocation lol!!

Rocher is definitely not going to knock this 1.0m show jump with his wonderful rider Jaide Bezuidenhout!!!

4th competition for Rocher at Woodhill Sands today and we did two classes the first at 95cm and the second at 1.0m.
The 95cm he was a bit distracted but overall good with 2 rails down. Got 6th in the class.
He jumped much better in the 1.0m class but cornering was more difficult. Maybe because his feet were only trimmed two days ago. Overall super happy, he seems to jump better in the higher classes. We got 8th in this class with 1 rail down. Big thanks to my lovely rider Jaide.
