Temporarily closing down:
Hi everyone,
I wanted to let you know that I’ll be having back surgery and will need to temporarily close my salon from August 18th for around 12 weeks to recover.
To help keep your pups looking their best during this time, I’ve arranged with a few lovely local groomers who have kindly offered to take on some of my clients while I’m away.

As many of you know, I’ll soon be temporary closing down from the 18th of August to recover from spinal surgery.

✨ Important Update for My Wonderful Clients (both furry and human!) ✨

I wanted to share some personal news: as many of you know, I’ve been managing a spinal injury for quite some time. Unfortunately, it has now reached a point where it’s significantly impacting my physical and mental wellbeing, and I need to undergo surgery asap.

My surgery is scheduled in just three weeks’ time, which means that from August 18th, I’ll be taking a break from grooming for approximately 12 weeks to recover. Any appointments booked on or after the 18th of August will need to be postponed until I’m well enough to return.

We are lucky enough to have some wonderful groomers in the nearby areas so please dont hesitate to make a grooming appointment, as I won't be back for a little while.

I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I hope you’ll understand that my health must come first so I can continue to care for your beautiful pets in the future.

I’ll miss seeing all your lovely faces (and wagging tails!) during this time, and I deeply appreciate your kindness, patience, and support.
I’m already looking forward to being back with you all in the summer months.
Ill keep you updated with a approximate date I'll be returning to work

Tillys First Grooming Session!

Today I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming this sweet little pup for her very first grooming session — and wow, what a superstar she was! 🐶💖

From her curious sniffs to her happy tail wags, she handled everything like a pro. A gentle bath, a light trim, and plenty of cuddles later, she left looking (and smelling!) absolutely adorable. We’re so proud of how brave she was for her first visit!

New Cancellation Policy:

I've unfortunately had to introduce some new terms and conditions regarding rescheduling appointments with no to little notice given

I now require 24 hours of notice for rescheduling or to cancel your appointment. No shows or cancelations with less than 24 hours may result in a 50% to Full Fee and potentially not accepting anymore future grooming appointments.

As a small business, I am currently focusing on providing the best service to my existing clients and am not taking on new ones at this time. Providing little to no notice for cancellations or changes can prevent other clients from securing an appointment, and it can also lead to a loss of income for my business.

I appreciate all my lovely loyal clients that don't miss any of their appointments but unfortunately there have been a small number that has resulted in me having to introduce this new condition.
