Good morning Coromandel, the sun had popped up and we are all still scrolling and breathing, how good.🌱🥳🙏( maybe less of the scrolling 😉)

And what’s better, is Thames, Whitianga, Tairua and Hahei are all getting fresh, sprayfree microgreens delivered today. Grown just down the coast in Waihi Beach.

Amanda is the new owner of Better Greens, carrying on the good work of getting good food to you the good people of the Peninsula.

Good Morning Whangamata, another day to celebrate as, you guessed it, its harvest day🥳🌱

The wahine are wheels up and on route to deliver today’s fresh harvest to you good people.

Recycling day, don’t forget to leave your containers out👊🙏🙂

Don’t forget, we stock the shelf at Meat at the Beach from 9am, so if you want to try a SuperMix Box, get in there✅ They go well on eggs, a taste of Whanga Bacon, with a healthy sprinkle of Better Greens microgreens. 😋

If you are keen for a weekly home delivery of 200g of goodies, fresh to your door, reach out to Amanda, email or text. Or do the old fashioned trick of ringing and speaking to the new owner. Ohhh, radical. Maybe not while she is driving or harvesting with knives, but any other time is fine.

Eat well good people, fuel your day with good food, that is spray free, cared for locally, and delivered fresh. Not travelled for days to die in your fridge shortly after purchase…. That’s just 😔.

Happy note, microgreens are 4-40x more nutrient dense than their adult versions. And some varieties are cancer fighters, heart health promoters, and hold the keys to good health and studies are showing good prevention measures for brain dysfunction.

Good morning Coromandel, beach walks down south are a little bit different, but I’ve realised that wherever I go, my body follows me around like a needy shadow. Your body needs good fuel, you are bound to it, so look after it. Go on, it’s like a vechile for health. New vehicles have large tolerances, the more mature they get, the more care and attention and wisdom you need to invest in its maintenance. It’s not rocket science right🤓

Amanda has brought Better Greens and has great drive and passion for good food. You will learn more from her in weeks to come.

But in the meantime, her accelerated learning curve has been set in motion and you will see her and Jo doing the rounds today.

Hey everybody, welcome Amanda, the new owner of everything Better Greens. 🌱 She assures me that she loves having her photo taken and she will be gracing the social media platforms within the next few weeks.😉😅 Amanda and Jo have been smashing out some long days learning the ropes and there will be a few more weeks of training, but watching her work ethic teamed with her hospitality experience she will be growing and delivering with the same, if not better standards that you have become accustomed to over the last four years. ( she is not going to like me, but hey, I’m in a different Island, I can post what I want😂🌱…and yes I understand the Law of Karma and I’m at peace with my intentions 😅)
