What a fabulous idea!

Hundreds of school children in the Far North will benefit from a new programme that teaches them how to be safe around dogs and to care for them properly. The sessions launch next month.

This weekend our club hosted a DOGSNZ scentwork trial, here is some of our local dogs and handlers who gave it a go and earnt qualifying certificates.

Well done to all competitors who came to support our show, hope you all went home with a great team mate and some prizes.

Thank you to everyone who pitched in and helped our small club in anyway possible,
Thank you to the judges who made some great search areas.
Thank you to Awapuni school and Double J Smallwoods for letting us use your grounds.
And thank you to Adele from petfood new Zealand for our wonderful prizes.

It was a great weekend to meet new people and have some of our new club members come along and help/watch and see what it's all about and be excited to get back into training as they now see the goal they are reaching for, great teamwork and trusting your dog most importantly 😆.

Hi everyone

Our show is this weekend here is helpful tips navigating our show and grounds currently.

Please drive down the driveway and come through the gate, it is a open and close situation as that's the health and safety rules now.

Please don't run dogs round the oval or horse stables as there will be horses coming and going as there is a horse event in the arena.

Camping our showers atm are currently cold at the equestrian centre but you guys are more then welcome to walk or drive over and use the event centre camp grounds showers (the gas/plumbing guy is trying his best to sort it and get parts)
