Trevalda Irish Sporthorses, breeders of quality Irish horses, and standing purebred RID stallion, Ballineen Blue Mountain (Brian). Brian was imported from the UK in 2011, and comes with Grade One status with the Irish Horse Society of Great Britain. Our aim is to breed REAL quality Irish Sporthorses to compete in the saddle hunter rings, but who are as equally competitive in any of the olympic dis

ciplines, and as field hunters. We have a carefully selected band of broodmares, warmblood, TB and Irish. These mares have been chosen for conformation and temperament to compliment Ballineen Blue Mountain and the foals we have on the ground are testament to us having the right formula. We quite often have young stock for sale, so just contact us with your needs. All horses are professionally handled and started under saddle here at Trevalda and you can see an ever increasing number of quality Irish sporthorses throughout the country competing under the 'Trevalda' prefix, that are giving their new owners much joy and success, which is what we love to see. So, I asked The Honey Trap to come up with a conditioner for Zak's tail as our harsh environment, and harsh chemical compounds that I have used in the past have made his tail dry and limp.
WOW, look at the difference with just a couple of treatments with a new conditioning product/mask. His tail is naturally shiny, and feels strong but soft, and this was just left in overnight.

➡️Now... this new product is still in production, but it needs a name, one be-fitting of its amazing conditioning effects.
What are your thoughts? I'll organize a sample to head your way once its launched if you can come up with a whizz, bang name!

Outstanding young mare, she has it all! Temperment, conformation, movement and was a lovely ride (Eventing) until injury cut her career short.

I am so happy and proud to represent The Honey Trap.
Such a hard working, forward thinking, local company with awesome natural products that are tried and tested.
I asked Stacey a few months ago for a conditioning product for Zak's tail. Our climate down here is pretty harsh so I needed something to keep his tail soft and healthy.
In between having a baby, Stacey has been working away to develop something for me to test and try.
I look forward to giving her feedback and seeing these new products through to being a part of The Honey Trap range.

Dear Mr Zak... you are too fat!
Zak has been in a big grass paddock. He hasn't had any supplementary feed or any hay yet this Winter. I keep thinking that it will get cold soon and he'll need a layer of fat BUT today it felt like Spring!
Paddock made smaller, and the start of a new season coming exercise regime!

Whoops, I did it again!
Two beautiful new broodmares have joined the team.
I know, I know, I said I was scaling down BUT, I have an amazing aging stallion, and I needed an empty mare (or two) to start the breeding season.
When I get a chance, I'll take some nice pics of them, but for now you get to appreciate their beautiful tails and fabulous bloodlines. Lansing, Lessing, Gymnastic Star & Jaguar.
Both big, correct mares.
