📣 STALLION ANNOUNCEMENT | A NEW ERA BEGINS AT CLEARVIEW PARK
We’re proud to welcome Snapback to the stallion roster at Clearview Park.

A son of four-time Champion Sire Snitzel, and out of the black-type More Than Ready mare Later Gator, Snapback brings a sharp injection of Australian speed and proven pedigree to South Island breeders.

A standout from the beginning, Snapback was knocked down for $825,000 at the Magic Millions Yearling Sale — a c**t with real presence and purpose. He showed his class on the racetrack too, finishing runner-up in the $1,000,000 Group 2 Aquis Stallions Sires' Produce Stakes before injury shortened what promised to be a very exciting career.

Importantly, this is a pedigree that delivers. Snapback is a full brother to Group 2-winning mare Wee Nessy, trained by Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr, giving breeders access to a family already performing at the elite level.

Snapback joins proven stallions Jon Snow and Echoes Of Heaven on the Clearview Park roster for 2025.

Co-trainer Lance O’Sullivan was the first to admit he believed the gelding’s hopes were dashed with such a sedate beginning.

“When he went past us with a round to go, I switched to watch the other horse (stablemate, Desert Mystic) to be honest,” he said. “I thought he was no chance from there, that was what I was thinking.

With three wins and over $100,000 in stakes to his name, King Of The North is the best performer on home soil for Group One winner Jon Snow.
Across the Tasman, No Fuss is flying the flag for the Clearview Park Stud sire, having won his last four races on the bounce for Tony and Calvin McEvoy.
