When you think you’re getting a cozy nap… but wake up with fewer accessories than you started with. 😼✂️

Bodie came to Brookfield Vet Centre for what he assumed was a deluxe snooze package.
Warm blankets? ✔️
Gentle pats? ✔️
But surprise! This nap came with a side of castration.

He’s now recovering like a champ, demanding snacks and pretending nothing ever happened. Classic Bodie!

Thanks to his humans for trusting us with his care. We promise the nap was top-tier. The surprise? Well… necessary 😉😂

Today our hearts were stolen (and our treat jar raided) by three irresistible visitors: Kenzo, ChiChi, and Tilly! 💕🐶🐶🐶

Kenzo brought the swagger, ChiChi brought the snuggles, and Tilly? She brought the zoomies. Each pup reminded us why dogs are pure magic, loyal companions, goofy charmers, and furry bundles of unconditional love.

We feel so lucky to be part of their journey, even if it means getting covered in puppy kisses and fur.

🐾✨ Welcome to the family, Oscar! ✨🐾

This ridiculously adorable chiweenie pup strutted into the clinic for his very first vaccinations today and promptly stole every heart in the building 💘. With his tiny paws, soulful eyes, and a tail that never stops wagging, Oscar had us all grinning from ear to ear.

His devoted mum is head-over-heels for him (and honestly, same), and thanks to his wellness plan, his visit was fully covered making his big day stress-free and full of cuddles.

This afternoon reception was full of tail wags and an instant bromance! 💙 Bear bounded in with puppy energy and a whole lot of curiosity. While Bruno, strolled in cool as ever with wise older brother vibes turning reception into a mini playdate, with Bruno’s calm charm balancing Bear’s bouncy enthusiasm perfectly.

We love seeing these kinds of connections, proof that the clinic isn’t just a place for care, but for camaraderie and connections too.

Meet Doug, our long-eared, low-riding legend who recently found himself in a bit of a pickle. Turns out, Doug decided his surgical stitches were optional... and tried to make a few unauthorized edits. 😬

After today's visit Doug’s healing journey is back on track 🤞. He may not be thrilled about his headgear, but we think he’s rocking it with undeniable basset charm. 💁‍♂️💙

Behind the counter = treat central. So when they arrive, it’s paws up and noses in, no need for introductions, just straight to the snacks!

On Tuesday, Lottie was checking out just as Saatchi was checking in. Ever the helpful pup, Lottie gave Saatchi the inside scoop: “Snacks are that way, my friend.” 👈🍪

Margot had her spey surgery earlier in the week and we just love the way she arrived at the clinic, full bum wag, full speed, and full of love 💕 She greeted everyone like they were long-lost friends and immediately got to work sniffing out the pig ears (no breakfast = extra motivation!).

This little is the definition of resilience wrapped in a squishy, snorty package 🐶💨

🐾 VIP Maggie in the House! 🐾
Today we had the lovely Maggie in clinic for her dental procedure. While she wasn’t too thrilled about being in hospital, she got the royal treatment post-op snuggled up at reception with our Practice Manager, Kelly, keeping watch from her VIP perch.

Maggie may be deaf, but that didn’t stop her from knowing exactly when her mum arrived. The moment her mum’s foot hit the bottom step, Maggie’s little tail went into overdrive, wagging flat out with pure joy before her mum even walked through the door. 💕🐶

We love these moments. They remind us just how deep the bond is between pets and their people.
