Name: Emma Harwood
Role: Technical Sales & Member Support – You’ll usually hear her before you see her – talking, giggling or multitasking three things at once, always with a smile on her dial.

🔥A hill you’ll die on? Fresh air and sunshine can fix almost anything.
💗Best part about working at the RSC? The incredible team and culture we’ve built. Plus, the variety in my role always keeps me on my toes - No chance of getting bored around here!
🧠Best piece of advice? Never deprive the world of your spark.
😤One thing you can’t stand. Sitting still for too long — I get distracted way too easily.
When she’s not at work, Em’s usually on the back of a horse, off on a side quest with friends, or making the most of the outdoors — with her dog Moose never far behind, and a pretty good track record of turning up at her parents’ place around dinner time.
