Did you know...?

A while ago we've sown a horse mix grass on a portion of the equestrian complex site, it's grown in well and is ready to cut! 🤩

Looking for interest in mini-silage bales - these will be cut next week if we have enough interest. Not horse-grazed, some rye but mostly horse-suitable species.

$25/ bale ~120 avaliable.

Message asap to order- call will be made after Sunday (1 December).

Over the last several months, the Stratford Park Equestrian Complex committee have been engaging with the Taranaki Facilities Consortium (TFC) about our plans, working to ensure that our development aligns with the Taranaki Equestrian Facilities Plan.

We’re very pleased to announce that the TFC now fully endorses the Equestrian Stage 1 of Stratford Park Project to move to a funding stage

Stage 1 includes all of the elements the facility needs to become fully operational. It features two all-weather arenas as well as the entrance, driveway and both truck/float parking, an ablution block, yarding/stabling and fencing in our grazing area, that will be available for lease.

Discussions and applications are underway with sponsors and funders to progress to breaking ground. Keep an eye on our page and the website for updates.

Stage One Site Plan Covering 18ha of park-like land. opposite the A&P Showgrounds, this complex is set to be a welcoming hub for all things equine and nature. The equine world is so diverse – and this venue will be too, giving us the ability for riding trails, all weather arenas, show-jumping and ...

Introducing the Taranaki Facilities Consortium! 🏟

The Taranaki Facilities Consortium (TFC) is a collective of 9 partners and their representatives from across the region that agree, given the issues we are facing with sport, active recreation and play facilities, we value: collaboration, accessibility & sustainability.

The Taranaki Facilities Consortium is the mechanism to review facility challenges and projects and to provide support to clubs, groups and organisations facing facility challenges or planning projects.
