A Little Update From Us ❤️
Over the past year, we have deliberately reduced our online presence.
Many of you have noticed that we don't post as many photos or videos as some other businesses, and we wanted to explain why.
Unfortunately, the last year has brought challenges that have affected us both personally and professionally. Rather than focusing our energy online, we have chosen to focus on what matters most – the dogs entrusted to our care.
At Doggytown Bream Bay, the health, safety and wellbeing of every dog is, and always will be, our number one priority. As an owner-operated business caring for an average of 25–30 dogs each day, our time is best spent supervising play, providing enrichment, monitoring behaviour, ensuring safe interactions, and giving every dog the care and attention they deserve.
While we love sharing updates, photos and videos, there are times when putting the phone down is simply the right thing to do. Our clients' dogs deserve our full attention.
For this reason, all visits to Doggytown are strictly, and have always been, by appointment only. Sometimes this may not be suitable for you, and thats OK. This allows us to maintain a calm, safe environment for the dogs already in our care without unnecessary interruptions to their routine.
We also want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that words shared online can have real-world consequences. Defamation and false statements can cause significant personal and professional harm. We believe in treating others with respect and kindness, even when opinions differ, and we remain committed to conducting ourselves professionally and with integrity.
To our wonderful clients—thank you for your continued trust, loyalty and support over the past 4 years! Your confidence in us means more than you know, and we look forward to continuing to provide a safe, happy and caring environment for your beloved dogs, which become a part of our family too!
