🌿 2025 Sloe Gin now available 🌿
We’re delighted to announce the release of our 2025 Sloe Gin — a true seasonal favourite and a celebration of flavour.

A Seasonal Treat, Steeped in Tradition
Our Sloe Gin is our only limited seasonal release, made using handpicked plums from the property. These are steeped in 96% alcohol for a minimum of three months, allowing the rich colours and deep fruit flavours to infuse slowly and naturally.

Crafted with Our London Dry Gin
This year’s batch is blended with our popular London Dry Gin, offering a perfect base for the luscious sloe flavours. Expect a vibrant harmony of ripe plums and our signature blend of natural botanicals.

Sustainably Made, Naturally Inspired
We’re proud to distil all of our gins with care for the land and the future. Our still, affectionately known as Little Lottie, is powered by a 10kW solar system. We distill using only pure rainwater, a selection of botanicals — including lemon peel and rosemary grown right here on the farm — are 100% natural. Leftover botanicals are returned to the earth via our compost and garden beds.

Our Sloe Gin is released just once a year in small quantities — and it always sells out. Once it’s gone, we wait until the next plum harvest to start again. We’ve kept our prices the same as last year, so don’t miss your chance to grab a bottle while it lasts.

Exciting and busy day on the farm today as we are part of the Open Farm initiative (over 20 farms open to the public across NZ)

Open between 10.30 and 3.30 and the weather is perfect.

Farm shop open- award winning gins, limoncello, farm honey, lavender products and extra virgin olive oil.

Fresh focaccia, cakes and cold drinks available

Come visit the alpacas& sheep, olive grove and see both the gin still and lavender still.
