Exciting and busy day on the farm today as we are part of the Open Farm initiative (over 20 farms open to the public across NZ)

Open between 10.30 and 3.30 and the weather is perfect.

Farm shop open- award winning gins, limoncello, farm honey, lavender products and extra virgin olive oil.

Fresh focaccia, cakes and cold drinks available

Come visit the alpacas& sheep, olive grove and see both the gin still and lavender still.

Great News- Distillery & Farm Tours now open for bookings! During the flowering season (Dec/Jan) we operate pre-booked tours mid-morning and early afternoon. Experience:
-The flowering lavender fields and learn how lavender oil is produced with our steam still
- See our gorgeous new gin still and learn how gin is made, what botanicals are used and even try a tasting
- Learn how olives are harvested and made into oil
-Feed the alpacas and enjoy the views back into the city.

This pre-mixed Negroni starts with our award winning London Dry and builds on the classic bitter and sweet notes of a traditional Negroni. Just serve on ice and garnish! Tasting notes: This is fabulously inviting on the nose, showing pomegranate, grapefruit, orange peel, ginger and rhubarb notes with a hint of juniper overtone.
