Treated this beautiful lad last Wednesday, and on Saturday his lovely owner Kelly Grant sent me the bottom picture.
We talk about "3 days of change" a lot, being the minimum amount of time we can expect to see change as the body integrates from the session. This is an example of quite a significant improvement in just 3 days! Sometimes we get immediate change on the day, and sometimes it just takes a bit of time.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 3-day requirement to see noticeable bodily change is linked to energetic integration and the body's natural rhythms. It generally takes 3 full diurnal cycles (72 hours) for Qi to properly circulate and settle into a new, balanced rhythm after intervention (such as a ConTact Care treatment, acupuncture or new herbal protocol etc)
Is he fixed? No. Is there still a lot of work to go? Yes. But this is why ConTact C.A.R.E makes so much sense - work through the interconnectedness of the body and systems, to find the causes. We move away from pain, and into comfort. We find the why behind the compensation workload.

Its also intentional, so we work on progress - treating every single client with a different plan. Every single human, Equine, Canine is unique - we are unique to the injuries we have sustained over time, so we shouldnt be putting everyone in the same box, treating the same symptoms or places over and over again.
These comparison photos bought a tear to my eye, and reminded me of why we do what we do ❤️🐴❤️
