💙 Happy Vet Nurse Appreciation Week! 💙

This week we’re celebrating the incredible vet nurses who are the heart of our clinic. 🐾

From comforting nervous patients and holding tiny paws, to monitoring anaesthetics, assisting in emergencies, caring for hospitalised patients and supporting our vets and clients — our nurses do it all. And they do it with so much compassion, skill and dedication. 🩺🐶🐱

Vet nursing isn’t always easy. There are long days, emotional moments, unexpected challenges and plenty of very messy jobs! But through it all, our nurses continue to show up with kindness, patience and an unwavering commitment to the animals in their care.

We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team of nurses. Thank you for everything you do, every single day. You make a huge difference to our patients, their families and to our whole clinic. ❤️

We appreciate you more than you know! 🐾💙

🦭 Seal pup at Te Horo Beach this morning ❤️

There is a young seal pup currently on Te Horo Beach this morning.

Please take extra care if you’re walking your dogs in the area. If you see the pup, please keep your dog on a leash and give the seal plenty of space to rest undisturbed.

Thank you 🦭❤️
