I've been working with George for a couple of years now. He is a sensitive soul but how he has grown in confidence with me. He knows my handling, routine, likes that it's just us and now trusts me to do his nails without panicking and being vocal/scream.

Just thought I'd do a quick video of Mr Pepe doing so well for his groom. He can kick up a bit of a fuss on drop off as he doesn't want to miss out on what his family is doing 🤣 this just goes to show how much the fubabies calm down and are used to my routine and handling. Well done Pepe 🥰🐕🥰

Hey Glam Fam
Exiting news, I will be extending my working hours from the 14th Feb which means I will be able to welcome new small - medium furbabies to our Glam Fam 🥰🐕🥰
So many of you have asked if I can take on more clients on behalf of friends, family, neighbors, work colleagues...... so now you can let them all know I will be able too 😁😁
Looking forward to welcoming new furbabies in the very near future 🐕🥰🐶🥰

Good Morning Glam Fam ❤️

Just a friendly notice for your appointment drop off and collection times, if you are running late and I'm unable to complete the groom in the remaining time frame I will have to reschedule your appointment. You all know i will not rush and cause stress to your furbaby.
Running late will have a knock on affect for the rest of my day and now I have to collect my son by a certain time.
I will continue to let all my last customers know the time I have to collect my son as thats been working well 🙂
I understand life happens and I will do my best to reschedule you for as soon as I am able too.
