These are the decisions I hate making, but someone else will be very lucky!!!
🌟 The Perfect Winter Project 🌟
Ally
16.1hh (approx)
8yr old TB mare
I've had ally since she retired from racing as a 5yr old with the intention to produce her. Unfortunately she's always been left until last and hasn't had as much work as I would have liked. Now I have a baby and I just have to face I don't have the time for her 💔 and no saddle that fits! Very hard sale as I hoped to produce her into my next eventer. She's brave as anything, will hack around the farm on a loose rein, be ridden ba****ck with a hackamore. Has amazing feet! She's been barefoot since I took her racing plates off. Holds weight well and easy going in the paddock. Not marish at all! I can tell she's in season by how my geldings act around her more than her own behavior 😂. She was amazing throughout my pregnancy (I rode her until I was 26ish weeks) and very much likes her new little human, plus shes great with dogs too! She is a bargain.. HOWEVER, she is a sensitive soul and gets nervous very easily, because of this I have taken my time with her focusing on ground work and hacking. She's a pro on the lunge and will pop over the odd log out and about. But we have focused on making work "fun" rather than schooling so she will need a bit of work before she's ready for a competition ring. She can be a bit head shy as well but if you're slow and give her a pat shes fine. For these reasons she will only go to an experienced home. She's currently out of work but the video was taken when I borrowed a saddle and hopped on after a fews weeks of nothing, so she won't take much to get going again!
Open to offers, just want her gone as she's happier when she's got a job to do!
