To our lovely customers & many thanks for choosing our cattery for your furr famlies holiday....
But ...I am upset to share...
This is very concerning & upsetting
We were notified tonight our business site has been SCAMMED
These hideous crettins make me sick .
These hideous criminals are phoning people with our company details & stating customers owe the cattery money & they must pay .
Apparently giving a name called Alex who works at the cattery with a foreign accent ..
This is completely false & a scam
Our customers know our payment systems we have in place ..& NEVER call people for unpaid accounts
Please advise us if you have had such calls & we will contact the police
