After 3 weeks in an amazing foster home, These 6 gorgeous puppies are now ready to join their forever families 🥳

They are 8 weeks old, mixed breed and going to grow in to medium/large dogs.

When they return from foster on Friday, we will have appointments available for potential adopters to visit.

👰✨ Our mannequins are all dressed up and ready for wairarapa bride of the year

We’ve got everything from stunning wedding gowns to classy wedding guest outfits, sharp suits, and even a perfect look for the groom. And yes… one of the outfits is giving full-on Carrie vibes 🩷👠 – fun, fabulous, and a little bit iconic.

Our SPCA Kid's Photography Competition is BACK - with an iPad and 5 digital cameras up for grabs thanks to our friends at Xtreme Productivity! 🤩📸

This competition is a fun and creative way for the young people in your life to get behind the lens! This year's theme is 'Animals Being Animals' - so we want to see photos of animals showing off their natural behaviours! Think: cats scratching, dogs digging, goats climbing or ducks splashing 🙌

Whether the star of the photoshoot is a household pet, a farm animal, or animal in the wild, entries need to be in by Sunday 12 October. With a chance to win an Apple iPad or 1 of 5 digital cameras, it's time to get snapping!

🐶 The puppies now have names! 🐶

Thank you to everyone who commented on our recent post for puppy name ideas, there were so many great names to choose from!

The Masterton centre rescue and rehome hundreds of animals every year and we tend to run out of ideas so your help was much appreciated!

In the last week our 16 puppies have grown SO much, the "pink blanket" litter of 10 are now 5 weeks old 🥳 Today they had an updated photoshoot so we could share them again but this time with their names....so here we go!

!! 118 days in SPCA care !!

Hi, my name is Vessel 🐶

I am a 6-month-old mixed breed puppy looking for a loving home to call my own ♡

My new home...
♡ could have other animals
♡ could have older children
♡ needs to have fencing 1.2 meters or higher

I am handsome, curious, and super loving!

My owners raised me with my mum and siblings, and once we were 8 weeks old we came to the SPCA to find our forever homes.

I'd thrive in a home with dog-savvy kids, another playful or calm dog to help show me the ropes, and maybe even a cat who can handle a puppy with personality.

I have been going on lots of walks and adventures while at the SPCA and cant wait to finally join a family where I can be loved and have so much fun!

I will need someone to teach me all about life and raise me to be a confident and well-mannered dog.
