What a lovely Thursday with our fur-guests!
Daycare, Dog Walks, and Boarding all rolled into one tail-wagging day!
Despite the drizzly weather, everyone got their walk in and had a great time stretching their legs and sniffing around.

It’s been a short week but oh-so-busy—and thanks to my amazing A-Team, we managed to get all the extra walks done and keep our extra guests happy, exercised, and blissfully tired!
There’s no better feeling than seeing wagging tails and content pups at the end of the day.

We’re heading into a long weekend with full hearts and a full house—thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with your precious pups!

Happy 6th Birthday to our sweet LJ!
This little legend brings so much joy to our weekly crew — always gentle, always lovely, and always ready for a treat (or three)!
We had the best time celebrating him today, complete with a cake fit for a king and his fabulous cousin Mollie by his side.
These two are the cutest pair — and yes, LJ definitely approved of the cake!

Love you, buddy! Here’s to many more zoomies, snuggles, and cake-filled birthdays!

An Exciting Week Ahead!
Our Monday crew had the pleasure to see an old friend: Pedro The Pug. He's spending a couple of nights with us. They also got to welcome Tilly & Frankie to the group. After all, we need everyone to bond and get to know each other before we can start our group walks.

Those who have/had a Jack Russell will definitely identify themselves with this.

We had one called Jack. He stole our hearts and became one of the coolest dogs we've had.

Jack was only with us for 5 years (we got him when he was already 10 years old).

We helped him lose weight, consequently dodging what would have been a very costly cruciate surgery.

Jack also had many broken teeth, so we ended up with a big dental bill only a couple of months after we adopted him to get those broken teeth out and the abscess in his mouth.

He also came to us on anxiety medication, which we slowly weaned him off. This liberated the true personality of a Jack Russell. He was happy and healthy, full of energy.

Yes, he bit us and many dogs that we knew, but soon he settled in.

Jack passed in 2022 from lymphoma. It was quick, so he didn't suffer much.

We have these amazing, fun and beautiful memories of a dog that once some people thought he could never be part of a pack. But turned out to be one happy dog, accepting of his fur-brohers and fur-friends.

I know that some people don't choose to adopt an old dog because, well, they likely come with age-related health issues. Plus, they probably won't live as long as a puppy would.

But Jack gave us in 5 years just as much love that we could have been given in 15.

Yes, we had many expenses treating his health issues in the first few months of his new life with us, but we would do it over and over again for our Jack.

He became one of the most loving dogs one could ask for.
