I am thrilled to announce Nebraska’s successful foaling last night allaying the concerns associated with maiden mares.
The result?

A stunning Bay Filly #5 out of 5 home breds, those swimmers need a talking to! 😆
I was stunned by her resemblance to her Sire at first glance! Feeling a tad ripped off in the bling department!
Nebraska is adapting beautifully to motherhood devotedly nurturing her foal while trying to keep that damn paparazzi at bay 🫣
This marks my 3rd breeding season and I am ecstatic to finally achieve my goal without any complications or heartbreak. Finally getting my wish: Two foals that can grow & play together which is incredibly fulfilling 💞🐎

The lovely Mare I have on lease Nebraska (QH) is due 22/10 the question is will she break the trend & give me my first c**t? Lucky dreams are free huh 🤣
It’s clearly going to be a shade of Bay, if it’s a filly I will laugh now and cry later…. lucky I’m not phased but it would be nice 😁

My very first home bred out of ‘Kopanui Roselea’ (QH) whom I sadly lost to a fence @ 6months old 💔
She was quick on her feet & could turn on a sixpence I can only wonder what she would be like now as a 4yo 🐎😍
