And keeping with the history trend we have celebrated horseman Eric Ropiha, OMNZ
Here aboard his favourite mare ***Felicitation (Winnebago/Janus xx) .Eric bred trained and competed her to Grand Prix level.
Eric was our very first Stud book inspector - having trained in Germany in the late 1970's and continued this role well into his 80's.
He was also a successful racehorse trainer - with the 1960 Caulfield Cup to his name amongst other top races in New Zealand
