🐾 Important Update: Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🐾

Hey lovely clients,

I wanted to give you all a quick update — after experiencing a large number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows recently, I’ve made the decision to introduce a cancellation & no-show policy for my grooming appointments.

As most of you know, I run a small one-on-one grooming setup. When someone cancels with short notice or doesn’t turn up, it’s time I’ve set aside for your dog that I usually can’t refill — and it does have a big impact.

✨ Starting 5th of June, here’s how it will work:
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% fee of the grooming service booked.
• No-shows (missing your appointment with no notice) will be charged 50% of the service.

This is not something I wanted to do, but with so many recent no-shows, I do need to enforce it going forward to keep things fair for everyone — including those waiting for an appointment.

I absolutely love grooming your dogs and appreciate every single one of you who supports my small business. Thank you so much for understanding and helping me keep things running smoothly 🐾💛

I love when I get dogs come in for shave offs like this it’s sooo satisfying to groom.

The reason for going this short is they have been left too long and it may not look it but underneath all that hair are very matted, the only option is short back and sides for these two brothers 🥰
