Clovelly Taygete (Hollybank Antonio x Clovelly Tudor Rose). A chestnut filly was on order and Tudor duly delivered (although Tay may grey out!!!). Many thanks to Dawn Elliott for ensuring Tudor arrived back home safely in foal.

C. Fyre Rose had her first outing of the season this week at Waverley A&P. Fyre is no longer our 'tele-tubby', and looked fabulous out in the ring. Many thanks to Katrina Bowditch and Wayne Lusby of the Tosca Welsh Stud for all your help.

A much overdue update from Clovelly Farm. Due to owner injury last season (not horse related), unfortunately there is no foal crop due this season. However plans are in place for this season.
Clovelly Ladyhawk (Greelee Mohawk ex Clifton Santa Barbara), Greenlee Tafetta (Breccles Hiawatha imp x Clifton Santa Barbara) and Brookfields Dream A Long
(AI UK) (Rotherwood Peter Pan UK x Brookfields Dream Maker) will all be bred to Imperial Harlem imp AU, along with one outside Section B Mare.
Clovelly Fonteyn (Imperial Harlem x Pengelly Filigree) will be bred to an outside Stallion.
And then there is the show team due to come in for their prep – C. Harvard, C. Fonteyn, C. Picasso, C Tudor Rose and C. Fyre Rose.
The younger mares, Goldenwillow Ivory and Whistledown Madelaine will be waiting in the wings for next season
Exciting times ahead – roll on Spring 2018.

Taranaki WP&C Youngstock Show - April 2017
Another successful day for Clovelly Farm.
C. Fyre Rose was placed in all her classes, and amazed us all by winning both the Welsh Purebred and the Pony movement classes. Fyre Rose is better know at home as Teletubby!!
C. Tudor Rose was in a 'mood' but still showed herself well, taking the Reserve Champion Section B Youngstock.
C. Picasso was a lot more settled at this show and won the Champion Youngstock and Overall Section B championships, then went on to win the Champion Pony and Supreme Pony / Hack / Hunter Championship.
Once again, a huge thanks to our handlers, Katrina Bowditch (AU), Wayne Lusby and Faye Ansley. Also a big thanks and get well soon to Jenna, Fyre's 'mum' for all the work you have done with her leading up to this show.
