Zulu and Sierra are here for their first stay, after coming out for a visit a little while ago.
To settle them in, I decided it best to walk them with the other redheads so that they feel part of the family straight away.

This is the last one off the line for a few weeks. If you're on the waiting list, apologies, but after the manic few weeks we've had, I really need to sit down and get the charity book illustrations done!

Along with all of the 'oodle' crosses, Labradors are the most common breed we have here.
Its down to personal preference as to which colour to get, but it seems a lot of people think that one or another is 'better'.
Well we can settle that for the world. We've met overweight in every colour. We've had stubborn in every colour. They all eat anything. None of them swim any better than the other, are more or less aggressive and it makes no difference to the duck which colour retrieved it.
Basically, you get what you put in.....but I'm still yet to meet a smart chocolate!

Edit: chocolate owners always have the best sense of humour.
They have to.

Rhubarb is so happy that he can be off lead again with his friends, it’s nice to see his recovery!

A huge day today saying goodbye to lots of dogs after the school holidays. The remaining cadets carrying on as usual until their turn.

Rhubarb is allowed off lead again 🥳🥳 after an injury which has been going on for a while. He’s happily back with his friends again and is even controlling himself very well, slowly mooching and sniffing, not going full speed like a lunatic!

Trevor and Walter have had baths and are wrapped up in their drying coats, trying not to look like they’ve had a month long muddy farm party, before they head home.

Finally for today, Ralph the vizsla doesn’t mind that he’s hanging out with the other gingers and the mixed breeds….
You never know what you’re going to get with a cross but Ralph counts himself lucky that they’re his friends.

Next up, spaniels! Frankie is a cocker spaniel and George is a springer spaniel. Busy, fast, energetic breeds, great at following scents, these two excel at following their noses as quickly as possible to the snacks.
