This is a massive issue most people have absolutely no knowledge of.
The source of the problem is a Government planted erosion control experiment in the Branch/Leatham that is now infecting everything down wind with Contorta wilding pines.
The Branch/Leatham needs logging and aerial spraying asap to eradicate the source so the annual control program elsewhere can eventually come to an end.
Otherwise its just gunna be an endless problem.
The culpability is entirely on the government as the government created the problem!!
