My beautiful old lady dog passed away very recently and the service I received was exceptional. From the first phone conversation regarding her impending passing to her parting was so kind, gentle and full of empathy. Tracey kept in contact and was there for us during such an incredibly sad time. When our dear old lady passed naturally at home, Tracy was there to make it a peaceful and respectful farewell.

Cremation for animals.
Absolutely amazing people and beautiful place. They make you feel very welcome an treat you and your family with so much respect . The love they show for animal is incredible . They took our companion that past at very short notice with open arms showed love for our boy. let us spend time with him in a beautiful room with him layed out on a beautiful marble table gave us clippings of his fur for keep sakes . They offer a lot of amazing items you can purchase at very reasonable price . Cheap price in my eyes. They email you with the process . They have made this heart felt situation an amazing process with no stress.They were our second phone call after ringing vets to book in a cremation to find out vet use some one way out of the district a very long way from us would work out a lot more money for what we requested to have . Which shocked me . They so handy and so close to us so we had to drop him off but worth it knowing he was close to home an he was well taken care of. Would recommend them to any one that need their service. Thank you so much Tracey
