We’re celebrating 5 years since the revival of the Otago Cavy Club – and we’re inviting YOU to be part of it! 🎉🐹 Join us for a special day filled with cake 🎂, awesome prizes 🏆, and exhibitor giveaways 🎁

Whether you’ve exhibited before or it’s your very first show, this is the perfect day to get involved, learn, and meet fellow guinea pig lovers 🐾

🐹 Championship Purebred Show
👨‍⚖️ Judge: Debbie Lawrie from Auckland
✨ Our Purebred section includes the Championship Show, along with a Novice Purebred Show and a Junior Exhibitor Purebred Show. No qualification is needed – everyone is welcome and encouraged to enter in a friendly, supportive environment 🐾 with awesome rosettes 🏵️ and cash prizes 🏆 up for grabs!

• Junior (13 & under): Smoothcoat, Roughcoat, Longcoat

💙 Novice Pet Show – $7 per guinea pig
Perfect for first-time exhibitors – no experience needed!

🤩 A huge well done to one of our exhibitors for creating this incredible Fancy Dress entry inspired by the Otago Cavy Club logo! 👏

The attention to detail was absolutely amazing, with the rolling hills, winding river, tree, club name, logo colours, and guinea pig all recreated so closely to our logo. It was instantly recognisable and a fantastic showcase of creativity, dedication, and club pride. ✨

We love seeing the imagination and effort that goes into our Fancy Dress classes🏆
