🐄 RECEPTIONIST – MATERNITY LEAVE COVER 🐄
Kaipara Farm Vets | Dargaville
Kaipara Farm Vets is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Dargaville on a 6-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy large animal veterinary practice and be part of a friendly, supportive team working with our farming clients and their animals.
The role:
📅 Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00am – 5:00pm
🕐 40 hours per week
📆 6-month fixed-term position, with possibility of extension
As our receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the day-to-day running of the practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, answering phones and enquiries, booking appointments, assisting with administration and supporting our veterinary team.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is friendly, approachable and professional
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised and enjoys a busy environment
Can multitask and work well under pressure
Is a positive team player
Has an interest in animals and the rural veterinary industry
Farming knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential.
