A couple of grazing spots have come available in Dairy Flat, North Auckland.
Centrally located, close to DF Highway- 7 minutes from Silverdale and 12 minutes from Albany.

Herd grazing only - we have a geldings, mares and mixed gender herd- 8 horses max per herd.

Our very special Jack is available to lease.
Jack is a loveable, cheeky old boy and top confidence builder, no dirt- just cheekiness
On the ground you can consider him a stubborn old man with bad manners and an oral fixation 😂 but once you are on his back he is 💯 delightful and all the slobbering and nibbling on your shirt, jacket and zippers are forgotten.
He is 20 yrs old 14,3h, motivated, forward going, can jump and collect and loves attention and a good outing.

Condition of the lease is that he stays on the property here in Dairy Flat as his base.
You are welcome to take him on outings for hacks, pony club, ribbon days ….

He comes in a full care package that includes grazing, full use of facilities, tack(saddle, bridle, rugs) hoof trimming and dentist and me as a standby carer of needed.

Given his age and just because he can and will do it all doesn’t mean that he should.
I am looking for a responsible, older rider who is happy to ride him roughly 2-4 times a week or possibly a younger child under parental supervision.
No offence - but please no teenagers who only want to go fast and jump all day every day 😬😁
