Djalu Ngarra (Nara) is a five month old Red and Tan Australian Working Kelpie from exceptional imported heritage bloodlines and is now ready for her forever home. She is located in Canterbury, NZ.

We held onto Ngarra for a while after her more confident litter mates left for their new homes. She was a little shy around strangers. With the extra time she has now blossomed and is confident around her humans. She is a sensitive soul who loves to please.

She has a real keeness for sheep and shows good promise for the future. She has had exposure to sheep, cattle, chooks, ducks and goats. She is confident with all stock she has met. She has good recall.

She is crate trained as we do not kennel. She is fully vaccinated and wormed.

Ngarra would suit a home on the South Island, NZ, where she can be both the best mate and companion as well as work with a small team where she can continute to develop as she is a wee pocket rocket. She would thrive with a calm, patient owner. Please message me for further details.

Puppies!!!!!!

Djalu (NZ) Australian Working Kelpies is pleased to announce that our litter of Working Kelpies are almost ready to start their new careers..
Sire: Barru Moss II (Australian Import)
Dam: Djalu(NZ) Jedda
The Sire and Dam carry heritage kelpie bloodlines..Moss carries Karrawarra lines and Jedda carries Karana lines..
Jedda is a good worker of cattle whilst Moss's skill is on sheep so we fully expect that these wee guys will be good all rounders.
The Sire and Dam have both been fully DNA tested by Dog Science in Sydney for the 4 main diseases inherent to the Working Kelpie and have received a clear result.
All the pups will be registered with the Australian Working Kelpie Council and so will carry their own pedigree papers
There are 7 females and 4 males in the litter
(some have been pre-sold)
Pups will be ready from 8th November

Proud Papa Moss turned 10 years old on 30 September. He's so handsome!

Moss is an Australian import and comes from good heritage Working Kelpie bloodlines (Karrawarra and Karana) Barru Moss is an Australian import. He has an amazing temperaments and when working is firm but kind on stock....
He is papered with full pedigree and registered with the Australian Working Kelpie Council. He had extensive DNA testing by Dog Science in Sydney NSW. And has been cleared of all 4 of the disorders that can occur in the Working Kelpie including CA and CEA.
