Full Time and Part Time Workshop Taxidermist Assistant
An opportunity has opened to become a valuable member within one of New Zealand’s leading taxidermy companies with a worldwide reputation for high quality standards of taxidermy and customer service.
All applicants considered. No previous experience required.
Please note that this position does not include mounting trophies: it is for a work shop assistant only.
Duties would include:
- Receiving/Labeling Trophies
- Skinning/ tanning hides
- Preparing skulls/ antlers for export
- Packing crates for export
- Making forms
- Heavy lifting is required daily from 10-30kg ( skins and antlers )
